I release clips at full duration on both Tumblr and Patreon. I just release on Patreon earlier.

I write the script then send it to the VA with instructions with details like inflections and emotions. Once I get it and all sounds good I animate and lip-sync. Some scenes though I animate first then ask the VA to dub over it for timing purposes.

All standard stuff really.
